Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability for production environments.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and Predictive Modeling, identifying emerging technologies to integrate into our core product suite.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large-scale neural networks to improve inference speed and reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and senior developers alike, establishing best practices for code quality and architectural patterns.
- System Security: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure the ethical use and protection of sensitive data within AI models.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed system issues under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
