Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for web, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm concepts, develop storyboards, and refine visual styles.
- Optimize all motion assets for various devices and bandwidths to ensure seamless playback.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently using project management tools.
- Stay updated on the latest 2D design trends, techniques, and software updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or a related creative field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of 2D animation styles and projects.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
