Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations for web, mobile, and video platforms.
- Create scalable vector graphics and motion assets using Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Product, Marketing) to translate complex ideas into visual motion.
- Optimize assets for performance and file size without compromising visual quality.
- Maintain brand consistency across all motion design deliverables and style guides.
- Conduct research on the latest trends in 2D design, motion graphics, and interactive storytelling.
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative feedback to the team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or illustration.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
- A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a range of vector art, storyboards, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
