Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D character animations and motion graphics.
- Design and rig characters for fluid, naturalistic movement.
- Create storyboards and animatics to visualize project concepts.
- Optimize animation assets for various digital platforms and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative vision with technical requirements.
- Mentor junior animators and provide constructive feedback on their work.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character animation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Animate, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation principles: squash and stretch, timing, and easing.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Experience with rigging systems and vector animation workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take creative direction.
