OmniFuture Systems is seeking a visionary Senior 2026 Readiness Architect to lead our strategic initiatives bridging the gap between current capabilities and the technological landscape of 2026. You will be at the forefront of integrating Quantum Computing, Generative AI, and next-gen Neural Networks into our core infrastructure.
As a key leader in our R&D division, you will not just predict trends; you will build them. We are looking for a strategic thinker who understands the convergence of hardware and software to prepare our platforms for the quantum leap in processing power expected by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies such as Quantum AI, Edge Computing, and Neuromorphic chips.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Integration Leadership: Oversee the integration of predictive analytics into operational workflows, ensuring seamless human-AI collaboration.
- Legacy Migration: Lead the architectural transition of legacy monoliths to microservices and serverless architectures, ensuring zero-downtime rollouts.
- Innovation Mentorship: Foster a culture of forward-thinking by mentoring junior architects and conducting deep-dive technical workshops on future tech trends.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business value propositions for executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading high-scale AI or High-Performance Computing (HPC) projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Quantum Computing principles, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ledger technologies.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in low-latency system design.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends 3-5 years in advance.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
