- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records of visitors and correspondence.
- Support other administrative staff as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
