Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, greeting all visitors and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails promptly.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and prepare refreshments for internal and client meetings.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and petty cash management.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common office spaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
