Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Coordinate client greeting and visitor registration in high-traffic lobby
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Schedule executive meetings and maintain digital calendars across platforms
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and confidential data entry
- Support HR functions including new hire onboarding paperwork
- Maintain immaculate reception area and common spaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced corporate environment
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone systems)
- High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred
