Responsibilities
- Design and execute neuro-UX experiments using quantum-entangled brain scanning technology
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of neuroscientists, AI engineers, and quantum computing specialists
- Develop predictive models for cognitive load and emotional response in BCIs
- Translate neural data patterns into actionable UX frameworks for quantum AI systems
- Establish industry standards for neuro-ethical interface design protocols
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Mentor researchers in emerging neurometric analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum Psychology
- 8+ years in UX research with quantum computing or neurotech specialization
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems or Nature Human Behaviour
- Expertise in fNIRS/EEG data analysis with quantum-enhanced statistical modeling
- Experience leading teams developing FDA-cleared neurodiagnostic interfaces
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ BCIs deployed at scale with >95% user satisfaction
- Certification in Quantum Human Factors Engineering (QHFE)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and MATLAB neurotoolkits
