Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction protocols targeting 1000+ qubit stability
- Publish high-impact research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD researchers and quantum engineering specialists
- Secure $5M+ in government/private quantum grants
- Define roadmaps for quantum supremacy milestones by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Proven track record of leading technical teams >15 members
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Clearance for DoD quantum research initiatives preferred
