Responsibilities

- Secure $2M+ annual research funding through federal and industry partnerships
- Develop quantum error mitigation protocols for commercial deployment
- Mentor PhD researchers and establish industry-academic collaborations
- Translate theoretical quantum computing concepts into scalable prototypes
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science or IEEE journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
