- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain networks
- Mentor quantum software engineers in algorithm optimization
- Secure $50M+ in DARPA/NSF quantum computing grants
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Week and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures and cryogenic systems
- Proven track record securing federal quantum research grants
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience mentoring quantum engineering teams of 10+ members
