Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum annealing, superconducting qubits, and photonic systems
- Proven track record of securing quantum research grants ($10M+)
