Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures using superconducting qubits
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for >1000-qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid system integration
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical simulation and cryptography
- Drive patent development in quantum annealing and topological qubit designs
- Establish industry standards for quantum safety protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum hardware/software development
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and compiler optimization
- Publication record in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST IR 8100)
