Responsibilities
- Design quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for exponential computational acceleration
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Translate theoretical models into scalable production systems
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Publish 3+ breakthrough papers in Nature/Science annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 5+ years research leadership
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum algorithms to 100+ qubits
- Experience securing government research funding
- Pubmed-indexed publications in quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
