Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning architectures for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks
- Drive research in quantum neural networks and quantum-enhanced optimization algorithms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors for AI workloads
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure federal and private research grants for quantum AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience securing DARPA or NSF research grants
