Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate executive calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and manage office inventory
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintain visitor access systems
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and record management

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
