- Support scheduling calendar management for 15+ team members
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense report processing
- Collaborate with remote teams using Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficient in 50+ WPM typing with 99% data entry accuracy
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
