Responsibilities

- Administrative Support: Handle mail, package deliveries, and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Data Entry: Assist with filing, data entry, and preparing documents for distribution.
- Customer Assistance: Provide general information to callers and visitors with a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
