Responsibilities
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Oversee the front desk during night hours, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, screen calls, and take accurate messages.
- Security & Access: Monitor building security systems, manage key card access logs, and ensure only authorized personnel enter the facility.
- Guest Relations: Greet and assist guests, vendors, and staff with any needs or inquiries promptly.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming mail, manage schedules, and perform light data entry as required.
- Facility Maintenance: Conduct nightly walk-throughs to ensure the facility is clean, secure, and operational.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk support is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
