Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence during night shift hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital records and filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for leadership.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports, memos, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports and invoice processing.
- Monitor office security systems and ensure a safe working environment.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
