Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes during the night shift and route urgent matters to the appropriate on-call personnel.
- Data Management: Perform high-volume data entry, ensuring accuracy and updating digital databases in real-time.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting rooms and maintain shift schedules for the night team.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Inventory Assistance: Assist with logging office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Vendor Liaison: Handle basic communication with external vendors for night shift requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of administrative support experience in an office setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently.
