- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for trend validation
- Present visionary keynotes at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and junior strategists
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies with ROI projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or thought leadership in tech/societal shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives successfully implemented
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from futurists.org) preferred
