Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning future opportunities with organizational goals and growth targets
- Partner with cross-functional R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate foresight insights into product development pipelines
- Deliver executive-level presentations and scenario-based strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of industry experts, thought leaders, and academic researchers
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at premier industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and executive communication skills
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
