Responsibilities

- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports, scenario plans, and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and strategy teams to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts for intelligence sharing
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Represent Horizon Innovations at global forums, conferences, and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend reports or scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy and disruption preparedness
