Your insights will shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational evolution for the next generation of human-machine collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and venture accelerators
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed future-thinking into company DNA
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Manage a $10M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing executive decision-making
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation leadership in high-impact projects
- Certification in Foresight, Strategic Innovation Management, or equivalent preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
