Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term business objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry consortia
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Curate and manage an innovation pipeline prioritizing high-impact initiatives for 2026-2030
- Mentor next-generation futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
