Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Vision Program roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs with C-suite executives and external partners
- Produce high-impact future scenario reports and strategic briefings for board-level stakeholders
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) across enterprise divisions
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications, keynote speaking, and patent development
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist team with diverse domain expertise
- Forge strategic alliances with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
