Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years strategic foresight experience
- Published research in top-tier journals on technological singularity or post-human evolution
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Proven track record scaling futuristic ventures from concept to market leadership
- Mastery of horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Fluency in at least two languages with international policy experience
