Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions to identify 2026 strategic opportunities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and investor expectations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product development cycles
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry leaders
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Mentor a team of futurists and market analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched within the last 5 years
