Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Infrastructure: Design and implement robust cloud-native AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data and millions of concurrent requests by 2026.
- Pilot 2026 Tech Stack: Spearhead the integration of next-generation technologies, including Quantum-Ready algorithms, Neuromorphic computing interfaces, and advanced LLM orchestration.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to reduce inference latency and optimize energy efficiency in large-scale neural networks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Proven track record of implementing cutting-edge AI solutions (e.g., GANs, Transformers) at scale.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
