Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for next-generation AI and quantum computing systems, ensuring scalability and security.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and integrating them into core products.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Algorithm Optimization: Spearhead research and development to optimize algorithms for quantum processing units (QPUs) and advanced AI models.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; proven experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or large-scale distributed AI systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to align technical strategy with business goals and anticipate industry shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
