Responsibilities

- Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum Computing integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and version control (Git).
