Responsibilities
- Architect the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap and translate long-term vision into quarterly milestones.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., Spatial Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Lead high-level strategy workshops to align stakeholders and drive consensus on innovation initiatives.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to ensure Horizon Nexus remains at the forefront.
- Present complex strategic insights to the C-Suite and Board of Directors with clarity and vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Tech Strategy, Product Management, or Innovation Consulting.
- Advanced degree (Masters or MBA) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives from concept ideation through to market execution.
- Deep understanding of AI ecosystems, blockchain infrastructure, and future-tech trends.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade senior leadership.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or high-tech environment.
