Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Lead long-term planning initiatives, analyzing market trends, competitor movements, and internal capabilities to identify growth vectors.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to secure buy-in and resources for strategic initiatives.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead the adoption of disruptive technologies and methodologies, ensuring our 2026 roadmap remains cutting-edge.
- Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones for the 2026 timeframe, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field; Masterās degree (MBA) preferred.
