- Present trend analysis and recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Partner with product teams to prioritize R&D investments based on future market potential
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech forums
- Establish KPIs to track technology maturity and market readiness
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated impact on tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published industry analysis
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Track record of successful technology commercialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
