Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts with 3-5 year predictive modeling
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with emerging societal needs
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-readiness principles and adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrated impact at Fortune 500 scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) with published thought leadership
- Proven experience leading complex digital transformation initiatives across global markets
