Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Translate future scenarios into executable product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Establish quantitative/qualitative metrics to track emerging technology adoption patterns
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Mentor innovation team in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic shifts affecting industry landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-oriented initiatives
