Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for disruptive technologies and societal shifts (AI, biotech, climate resilience)
- Develop 2026+ scenario models and strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing
- Author trend briefs and white papers published in industry journals
- Build quantitative forecasting models using proprietary Horizon Analytics Platform
- Collaborate with R&D teams on emerging technology adoption strategies
- Mentor junior futurists in methodology and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, foresight, or innovation roles
- Proven experience with trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
