- Produce executive-level trend briefings and disruption risk assessments for board stakeholders
- Architect innovation pipelines targeting $1B+ market opportunities in next-generation sectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and global think tanks
- Design organizational resilience protocols for systemic risks (climate volatility, geopolitical shifts)
- Mentor future strategy leaders through Horizon's Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or C-suite innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into billion-dollar market opportunities
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field required

- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
