Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, Web4)
- Produce annual Future State Reports with actionable market disruption scenarios
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen products and business models
- Represent company at global futurism forums and innovation summits
- Establish KPIs for strategic innovation initiatives and track ROI
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Exceptional scenario planning and risk assessment capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
