Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-integration, neural interfaces) for market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to co-create future solutions
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team with diverse analytical capabilities
- Integrate sustainability and ethical impact assessments into all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning with proven future-vision execution track record
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies including Delphi studies and weak signal detection
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications post-2025
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across global executive teams
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented initiatives
