Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using data-driven trend analysis and scenario planning

- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation portfolios with future market demands
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of publishing influential industry forecasts or white papers
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating complex strategic projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFrA) highly valued
