Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate, biotech, geopolitics) for competitive advantage
- Design scenario-planning models for high-uncertainty environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce quarterly trend briefs and disruption risk assessments
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into organizational strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
