Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic vision through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $50M+ market potential
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for next-gen tech disruptors
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Build and mentor a high-performance futurist research team
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout acquisition targets
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on 2026 tech trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful strategic transformations
