Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Produce trend intelligence reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
