Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop and maintain a strategic 2026 vision roadmap with quarterly milestones
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities
- Build scenario models for potential market disruptions and regulatory changes
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trend Hunter)
- Experience in tech, healthcare, or sustainability sectors preferred
