- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government futurist offices
- Create predictive models for market evolution and consumer behavior shifts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
