Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation vision roadmap, aligning with global tech trends and sustainability imperatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic foresight to Fortune 500 clients and government stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Author thought leadership publications on future-tech convergence
- Manage $10M+ annual innovation budget across R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or government entities on tech strategy
- Portfolio of implemented innovations generating >$100M revenue
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
