Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Scenarios mapping technological, economic, and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Create impact roadmaps translating foresight into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations at Board-level summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis across technology, economics, and behavioral sciences
- Advanced degree in Foresight Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on long-term disruption (whitepapers, books, or TED talks)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and strategic foresight methodologies
- Track record of implementing visionary strategies with measurable business impact
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights to diverse stakeholders
